1. Who we are
Firms Marketing (“we”, “us”) is a 360° creative marketing and development agency. We run this website, firmsmarketing.in, and we decide how personal data collected through it is used. You can reach us at we@firmsmarketing.in or +91 88666 82459.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, company, where your customers are, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Business Health Checkup: your answers, your score, and the name, business name and WhatsApp number or email you enter to unlock the full report.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
The Brand Growth Advisor and the “Drop the falcon” game run entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to message us on WhatsApp, which opens WhatsApp with a summary you can edit before sending.
Information collected automatically
- Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device, browser, approximate location, how you found us) and Meta Pixel (page views and actions such as form submissions, used to measure and improve our ads).
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit to keep the site secure and working.
Stored only in your browser
Your progress in the Business Health Checkup (so you can continue later) and your cookie choice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send proposals you ask for.
- To send the Business Health Checkup report you requested.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us.
- To understand which pages help visitors, and to measure our advertising on Meta and Google (only with your consent).
- To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
4. Why we are allowed to
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (forms, newsletter, analytics and Meta Pixel cookies), to take steps you request before a contract (preparing a proposal), and for legitimate uses such as replying to you, security and record keeping. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we respect the privacy laws that apply to our visitors and clients abroad, including in the UAE, Australia, the UK and the EU.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Hostinger: website hosting and server logs.
- Our email provider: delivers form submissions to our team inbox.
- Google: Analytics and Tag Manager (with consent), Google Fonts for the Inter typeface, and YouTube for embedded videos.
- Meta: Meta Pixel (with consent) and WhatsApp, when you message us.
Some of these providers store data outside India. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may also share data if the law requires it.
6. Cookies and Meta Pixel
Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Essential only, they never load. You can change your choice any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

You can also limit ad tracking through your Facebook and Google ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and checkup reports: as long as needed to reply and work with you, and normally no longer than 3 years after our last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: according to our Google Analytics data retention setting, up to 14 months.
- Client project records: as long as required by law, for example for tax and accounting.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before);
- nominate someone to act for you, as allowed under Indian law.
Email we@firmsmarketing.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and abuse, and access to our inbox is limited to the team. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
