Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the Gujarat State CDE Program. Please read our policy carefully before completing your registration.

  1. No Cancellation Policy:
    • Registrations once made are final and non-cancellable.
    • The registration fee is non-refundable under any condition, including:
      • Change of personal schedule
      • Inability to attend
      • Medical or travel issues
  2. Non-Transferable Registration:
    • • All registrations are non-transferable.
    • • The name and credentials submitted at the time of registration will be used for certification and cannot be altered later.
  3. Organizer-Initiated Changes:
    • • If the event is rescheduled or canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, government regulations, natural disasters):
      • Participants will be notified.
      • Access to a rescheduled session will be provided.
      • No cash refund will be processed.
  4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments:
    • If you have been charged twice or by error, please contact us within 3 working days.
    • After verification, eligible refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 7–10 business days.
